We assess your skin laxity, skin quality, facial structure and treatment area before recommending a plan. Clinical photographs may be taken with your consent to support treatment planning and later review. Before treatment begins, we explain:

  • The areas being treated
  • The expected treatment duration
  • What the treatment may feel like
  • The likely recovery period
  • When you may begin to notice changes
  • The cost and inclusions for your treatment plan

Why Choose Ultraformer 7D Hifu?

Ultraformer III 7D HIFU delivers focused ultrasound energy at multiple depths to tighten and firm areas showing early signs of laxity. Its customisable cartridge system allows targeted treatment of specific concern areas while stimulating collagen renewal for gradual improvement — making it may be considered for selected mild laxity concerns after individual assessment

Not sure which is right for you ?

  • 01/ INITIAL CONSULTATION

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    01/ INITIAL CONSULTATION

We begin by discussing the concern you have noticed, how long it has been present and what you would like to improve. We also review relevant medical information, previous aesthetic care and any factors that may affect appointment timing.

Please let us know before your appointment if you have:
    • Active acne, dermatitis, sunburn, infection or broken skin in the planned area
    • Recent laser, radiofrequency, microneedling, skin peel or injectable appointment
    • Previous facial surgery, implanted material or altered sensation in the area
    • A health condition or medication that may affect your care plan after assessment
    • Pregnancy, breastfeeding or another reason you may need to delay your appointment

We will explain whether HIFU may be appropriate or whether another option may better address your concern.

  • 02/ Treatment

    02/ TREATMENT

The planned area is cleansed and gel is applied. Topical numbing cream may be used where appropriate.

A handheld HIFU device is moved across the planned area to deliver focused ultrasound energy. A small area, such as the forehead or under-chin area, may take less than 15 minutes. A more comprehensive lower-face, full-face or face-and-neck appointment can take around 20 to 45 minutes.

During the appointment, you may feel warmth, tingling, pressure or short periods of sensitivity. Areas closer to bone, such as the jawline or forehead, can feel more sensitive than other areas. Tell your practitioner if the sensation feels stronger than expected. Your comfort should be checked throughout the appointment.

  • 03/ Aftercare

    03/ AFTERCARE
